To ensure your comfort during the session, please dress in a way that allows for easy removal of clothing covering the areas to be worked on, without assistance. At the beginning of our session, I will communicate with you and ask you to undress to a level that feels comfortable for you. You will always be appropriately draped with a sheet and a blanket, and only the specific area being worked on will be uncovered. Rest assured, you will never be inappropriately exposed.

We kindly ask that you provide us with 48 hours' notice for any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without giving 48 hours' notice, we are often unable to fill that time slot. This not only inconveniences your therapist but also prevents other clients from receiving the services they need. Therefore, a charge of 50% of the service fee will be applied for the first missed session, and 100% for each subsequent session after that. Thank you for your understanding.

The frequency of your massages depends on your wellness goals and your body's current condition. At the beginning of your session, we will assess your needs to establish a baseline and provide recommendations if necessary. We generally suggest scheduling regular massages on a monthly basis, but it's important to choose what fits your budget.
